For Forever

One of my favorite musicals ever is Dear Evan Hansen. The moment the finale comes in with its simple guitar arpeggios and beautiful piano accompaniment, I sit in awe. The words are simple, but the last stanza hits home, “All I see is sky for forever” followed by a beautiful final chord. As I go through life, I want to remember to continue to keep my gaze on the horizon- looking forward towards the daily gifts I am given. I want to cherish the memories, the people put in my path on purpose, and most importantly, I want to shine light wherever I go. Every day is a new day full of mystery, love, and the unknown. I hope you gaze upon your horizon and look forward to the next opportunities. I hope you live life seeing sky forever!
