Hi, I’m Amber Moss.
I’m a speaker, educator, and I currently partner with superintendents, principals, and district administrators across Arkansas and Mississippi.
Everything I do comes back to one belief: people should be able to embrace who they are, love who they are, and not be defined by anything else. I believe that is true for students, and it’s just as true for the leaders who guide them.
That belief took shape in my classroom, where I was named a two-time Grammy Music Educator Award Semifinalist. As a character education director, I saw how deeply connection and belonging change a community. I’ve since carried that work to district, state, and national stages, where I’ve been recognized for best practices in building connection and culture.
Today, I speak at state conferences and across the country, and I’m honored to deliver the opening session for the 2026 ACTE Centennial VISION conference. Whether I’m on stage, leading a session, or sitting across from a leader, my goal is the same: help the people who lead feel supported, equipped, and confident in the work they do.
The best leaders don’t just change organizations. They empower change within the people in them.
