It has been a whirlwind of emotions this week, and these words keep popping into my head. The song is almost 20 years old, but the lyrics have relevance even today. I don’t really have deep thoughts or inspiration for you today, except that whatever you are personally going through- you just need to stand. You don’t have do to anything else other than continue to hold your head high, and stand. Throw your hands up to the sky, surrender your thoughts and remind yourself you are enough. Stand in your truth, stand in your worth, stand in the belief that the future is going to be everything you have dreamed it would be. Don’t give up, don’t give into the pain you’re feeling right now. Just stand.
