I have heard several people speak of my perseverance lately, and that word just didn’t adequately describe how I’ve been feeling with my life circumstances. Perseverance is persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. So, yes, I am definitely working through things and perseverance is what we all have been doing since March of 2020. However, I would describe perseverance as a temporary action. I couldn’t quite describe how I’ve been feeling, and then today, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I want to be steadfast in my pursuit of my passions and purpose. While perseverance is definitely part of my pursuit, I am remaining steadfast.

Hope that gives you a little something to chew on this weekend. I know I’m reflecting and am being quiet with the word.
